The cultural program of the forum will be enriched with an important new component: the National Mission for Manuscripts from India will present a unique exhibition titled “Ink, Palm, and Parchment: Indian Manuscript Culture.”
The exhibition was discussed and agreed upon by Geshe Yonten, Chairman of the Central Spiritual Board of Buddhists of Russia, and Anirban Dash, Director of the Mission.
The exhibition will cover a wide range of topics, including religion, science and mathematics, literature and poetry. It will also showcase manuscript samples in various languages, such as Sanskrit, Tamil, Persian, and Pali.
The forum will feature additional workshops and interactive programs, including “Create Your Own Manuscript.” This colorful event will introduce attendees to the rich cultural heritage of India.
